Presidio Bank opens 1031 Exchange Money Market Accounts for Exchange Companies to hold proceeds of real estate sales for their clients. The purpose of this account is to provide a safe, secure and liquid account for a period of time as designated by the 1031 Exchange Company. This account is opened and maintained as a client trust account.

Lock in an attractive rate for as little as $15,000 for as short a period as 7 days or as long a period as 5 years. All interest earnings can be deposited to your checking account, or reinvested into the certificate deposit, or we will mail you a check at no extra charge to you.
