Although no longer practicing law, Annette maintains a role in the strategic and operational matters of her Palo Alto law firm. The firm represents public corporations in all aspects of creditor commercial law, both domestically and internationally. Annette serves, or has served, on governing boards of a number of governmental and nonprofit groups, including: The Arthritis Foundation of Northern California, Palo Alto Community Fund, Avenidas, Friends of the Palo Alto Junior Museum and Zoo, Home Equity Loan Program for Seniors, Stanford University Athletic Department Golf Course Advisory Board, League of California Cities, and three terms on the Palo Alto Planning and Transportation Commission.

David is the former President/CEO and Director of Greater Bay Bancorp, an $8 billion bank holding company for eleven Bay Area community banks and a large commercial insurance broker. He was the founding President/CEO and board member of Mid-Peninsula Bank in Palo Alto, the $1 Billion flagship bank of Greater Bay Bancorp. A 30-year resident of Palo Alto, he has served as a board member of numerous non-profit organizations including Board of Trustees for Notre Dame de Namur University board of trustees, Abilities Unlimited, and Palo Alto Chamber of Commerce. He will maintain an office at Presidio Bank in Palo Alto.

Ronnie began his investment experience in 1984 as an early investor with Crosspoint Venture Partners. He extended it throughout the Sand Hill Road venture capital community as well as to an extensive network of manager contacts within the greater financial services community at large, including the leveraged buyouts and hedge fund sectors. He was a Managing Director of Business Development at Capital Dynamics and then a Founding Partner at HRJ Capital in 1999. He was elected to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2000 after playing 14 seasons in the NFL and enjoyed one of the most celebrated careers of any defensive back in NFL history. Ronnie also is a member of Young President's Organization.

Al is co-founder and President & CEO of Pacific Urban Residential, a subsidiary of Marcus and Millichap Company.  His early career began with the accounting firm of KPMG, San Francisco, and the subsequent founding of CMR Search in 1983.  Prior to Pacific, Al spent 14 years in several senior positions for multifamily pension fund advisor SSR Realty Advisors (now BlackRock), culminating in the position of Managing Director, National Acquisitions.  Clients included CalPERS, CalSTRS, the Alaska Permanent Fund, City and County of San Francisco, and several others.  Since 1986, Al has been an investment advisor and principal in the acquisition of apartment communities totaling more than 30,000 units and $60 billion dollars.  He has been instrumental in the development of an apartment value fund and is a director of the National Multihousing Council and a member of ULI.

David received a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from San Jose State University and received a Masterís of Science degree in taxation from Golden Gate University.  He lives in Sunnyvale with his wife and their two children.
