Ken co-founded the North Bay Business Journal in 1987, a weekly newspaper covering local business news in Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties. He sold the newspaper to the New York Times Company in 2005 and retired in 2007. Ken serves on the Dean's advisory board of the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University and the Board of Directors of the Golden State Land Conservancy. He also served on the Board of Directors of the North Bay Leadership Council (2000-2007) and the Board of Directors of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce (2003-2007).

In December 2012, Steve returned to his roots in the newspaper industry by becoming the President and CEO of Sonoma Media Investments, which operates The Press Democrat, Petaluma Argus-Courier, the North Bay Business Journaland other media properties. Prior to that, he was the President & CEO of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, with 2,000members and representing over 250,000 employees from every business sector and geography of the city.

Before joining the Chamber in 2006, Falk had extensive experience in the newspaper industry, including 18 years with the San Francisco Chronicle. He was Publisher andPresident of The Chronicle and previously the President/CEO of the San Francisco Newspaper Agency, a joint operating agreementthat published both the San Francisco Chronicle and San Francisco Examiner.

Prior to San Francisco, he was vice president/circulation director for the Gannett Westchester Rockland Newspapers in New York,where he also planned and directed the launch of USA Today in the northern suburbsof New York City. Born in Lancaster, PA, he began his newspaper career with Lancaster Newspapers during high school and college. He joined the Ithaca, NY, Journal in 1976 as country circulation/promotion manager and over the next several years held multiple;management positions with newspapers in Berwick, PA, and Martins Ferry, Ohio. Falkserves on the boards of several local organizations, including the Commonwealth Clubof California, and is a trustee of Elizabethtown College, PA, where he received a BA inpsychology in 1976.

John joined the firm in 1977, after he graduated from Sonoma State University with honors and distinction. He became a partner in 1983 and managing partner in 1986. John assists clients in forecasting, budgeting, feasibility studies, mergers and acquisitions, lender financing, succession planning, compensation planning, as well as income and estate tax planning. John is Past President of the California Group of Accounting Firms, Past President of a local Rotary Club, Chairman of the Board of Elders at St. Mark Lutheran Church, Board member of the Haiti Lutheran Ministry and Mission Fund and Chairman of Alliott Group Worldwide. Outside the office, John travels on bi-annual trips to third world countries with the Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club to do short-term Eye Care clinics. John was honored as Rotarian of the Year for 1998-1999.

Jill Kinney is considered an industry leader in the world of health and fitness. With over 25 years in the health club business, she has earned her title as “America’s Number One Female Entrepreneur”. As the Founder for Club One, she built her fitness club dream into a $95 million dollar business with over 2,500 employees and 100 clubs throughout the US. Today, Jill is launching Itrim, healthy, active weight loss centers. Itrim is an internationally recognized leader in sustained weight loss and brings a refreshing approach to the growing obesity epidemic in the US.

Jill earned the Distinguished Service Award from the International Health Racquet and Sportsclub Association (IHRSA) and has been inducted into the Wellness Revolution Hall of Fame. She’s been recognized as the Woman Entrepreneur of the Year in 2011 and as one of the Fastest Growing Woman-owned Businesses and has served on the International Health Racquet and Sportsclub Association and American Council on Exercise board of directors and as a member of the Advisory Board for Shape Magazine. She is the current chairman of the Board of Directors for Glen Ivy Hot Springs Spa, and on the Advisory Board of Presidio Bank.

Jill lives in Marin County with her husband and has three terrific kids.

Mr. Moss is the Managing Partner, San Francisco & North Bay of Cassidy Turley/ BT Commercial.  Prior to joining the predecessor company, NAI BT Commercial, in 2001, Mr. Moss was a Senior Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle and also worked extensively with institutional portfolios in the areas of project leasing, tenant representations, acquisitions, dispositions and property management.  

Mr. Moss holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Richard's been engaged in investments and financial planning in the Bay Area for 40 years. He founded Salient Wealth Management in 1983. In 2009, he co-founded Private Ocean with Greg Friedman to create a new standard of personal, powerful client experience. Richard was one of 41 initial CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificants credentialed by the College for Financial Planning in 1973. Since then, he's taught every course required for CFP® certification. He's a member of the Dominican University of California Board of Trustees and serves as treasurer. In addition he is a member of the Global Business Council at San Jose State University and the UC Berkeley Extension Personal Financial Planning Advisory Board. Richard is past president of the East Bay Chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners.
