Since Presidio Bank’s founding in 2006 Mr. Woolwine has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Woolwine has over 40 years of experience in banking with a focus on corporate and private banking services in Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles and San Francisco. He is the former Chairman of Golden Gate Bank in San Francisco, where he was a member of the group that acquired the bank in 1984 and became President of the bank in 1985. Golden Gate Bank became a subsidiary of Greater Bay Bancorp, a $7 billion Bay Area bank holding company, which was subsequently sold to Wells Fargo. Prior to this he headed Bank of California's Northern California Banking Division from 1979 to 1984. Previously, he worked for First Chicago from 1972 to 1979, where his last position held was that of Senior Vice President and head of the Los Angeles Regional Office.

Mr. Woolwine has served as past Chairman of the Board for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce and served on the Boards of Delta Dental of California, Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, the San Francisco Boys and Girls Club, the Senior Olympic Games, the Bay Area Sports Organizing Committee and the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame. He currently serves on the Board of Western Independent Bankers, the Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl and sits on the Board of Regents of the Hanna Boys Center.

Mr. Woolwine obtained his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Westfall’s over 30-year career includes 12 years cumulative experience as the chief financial officer of three financial service companies. Previously, he was an Assistant Treasurer at Bank of America for 15 years with responsibilities concentrated in interest rate, liquidity, and capital risk management and control.

Mr. Westfall holds a BA in economics from Duke University and an MBA from the University of Chicago in finance and accounting. He is past president of the National Asset Liability Management Association.

Bruce received a Bachelor´s degree in Economics from Stanford University and completed the Stanford Executive Program.

Ms. Collins is the Chief Executive Officer of WDG Ventures Inc, and President of Portfolio Real Estate Consulting, real estate development consulting firms formed in 1988 and 2003 respectively.  Ms. Collins was recently appointed by the President of the United States to the Presidio Trust Board of Directors. She serves as a Director of the national board of the American Automobile Association.  She has held numerous civic and community leadership positions as a member of the Bay Area business community.

Ms. Collins holds a B.A. with honors from Mount Holyoke College, and a Master of City Planning degree from M.I.T.

Michael A. Covarrubias

Mr. Covarrubias is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TMG Partners, a real estate development firm headquartered in San Francisco.  Prior to joining TMG in 1988, Mr. Covarrubias had a 17 year career with Union Bank, including serving as Manager of their Silicon Valley Regional Real Estate Center.

Mr. Covarrubias holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Heitel has over three decades of commercial banking experience. Prior to joining Presidio Bank, he served as President and CEO of Mid Peninsula Bank (Palo Alto), the $1 billion flagship of Greater Bay Bancorp. He also previously served as President and CEO of San Jose National Bank and as Executive Vice President of Cupertino National Bank, also part of Greater Bay. Previous experience includes executive roles with Bank of America, heading that bank's Bay Area commercial banking activities, focusing on middle-market businesses and their credit, deposits, treasury management, investment banking and trade finance needs.

Mr. Heitel is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, with a degree in Finance. Previously he has served on the boards of the San Jose and Oakland Chambers of Commerce, the board of the YMCA of the Santa Clara Valley and a variety of other civic and non-profit organizations.

Mr. Leet is currently self-employed as a business consultant in the Bay Area.  Previously, Mr. Leet had a 45 year banking career which included serving as Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer, and Chair of the Loan Committee at The Mechanics Bank.  Prior to joining The Mechanics Bank, Mr. Leet's career included a variety of managerial roles with Wells Fargo Bank over a 17 year period, serving as President & Chief Executive Officer of Commercial Bank of San Francisco, and President & Chief Executive Officer of California National Bank.

Mr. Leet is a veteran of the U.S. Navy and holds a B.A. in Political Science from UC Berkeley.

Mr. Mayer is Founder and Managing Partner of SD Mayer & Associates, LLP (SDM) an accounting, consulting and wealth management firm with offices in San Francisco and San Mateo.SDM offers many of the same services found in other CPA firms( accounting, assurance, tax, consulting), but using a new proprietary technology platform and a business operating model that creates a more seamless proactive approach to helping their clients achieve their business and financial goals.

Prior to that in 1986, Mr Mayer founded Burr Pilger Mayer (BPM)  the largest non-Big 4 full service accounting firm in the San Francisco Bay Area with six offices and 400 employees.  He served as BPM's CEO and Managing Partner for 26 years.

Mr. Mayer sits on the Boards of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, Bay Area Council, San Francisco Center for Economic Development,  Riordan High School, and the San Francisco School Alliance Advisory Council.

Mr. Mayer is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of CPA's  and holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from UC Berkeley.

He is also a graduate of Leadership San Francisco. Steve is a man of many traditions and annual events, including 37 consecutive years backpacking with friends, 37 of 40 CAL vs. Stanford Big Games, and 37 consecutive Giant’s Openers.

Greg Moss serves as the Regional Managing Principal of the DTZ Northern California region, which encompasses San Francisco, the East Bay, the South Bay, Monterey, Sacramento, and the North Bay. In this role he oversees all regional DTZ operations. Greg Moss has worked in the real estate industry for 25 years. He joined DTZ's predecessor firm in Northern California, BT Commercial Real Estate, as Managing Partner in 2001. Mr. Moss has worked extensively with institutional portfolios assisting with project leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, dispositions and property management. He has a strong understanding of clients’ business issues related to real estate.

Mr. Moss holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.  He also has received various certifications and awards within the Real Estate/ Finance industry.

As the second generation of leadership in Nibbi Brothers, a leading Bay Area construction firm, Mr. Nibbi has strong regional knowledge in real estate and the building trades.  In addition, he has served on the Board of Directors of Borel Private Bank & Trust.  A leader in the Bay Area Business, Labor and Non-Profit Communities, Mr. Nibbi serves on numerous boards and committees including San Francisco Center for Economic Development, HEART of San Mateo County, Carpenter’s Health and Welfare Trust Fund, Committee on Jobs and San Francisco Boys and Girls Club.  A life-long baseball fan, Mr. Nibbi is also a member of the ownership group of the San Francisco Giants.

Marina H. Park

Prior to the Girl Scouts, Marina was the Managing Partner of an international law firm and gained over 20 years of broad legal experience as an attorney specializing in technology transactions, intellectual property, licensing and litigation for emerging growth and established companies.

She received a Bachelor of Arts degree (with honors) from U.C. Berkeley and law degree from University of Michigan. In 2006, 2008, 2009 and 2010, the San Francisco Business Times recognized Marina with the Most Influential Women in Business Award.
